Case Study/Gloveworx

Gloveworx is a state-of-the-art boxing studio and athletic performance facility that combines boxing training with strength and conditioning in a team environment.

Problem: Gloveworx was unhappy with their previous ESP. They wanted to migrate to Klaviyo but held class signups within Mindbody. At the time, there were no native integrations that would allow them to email people who signed up for classes or made a purchase.

Solution: I partnered with a designer and developer to build an integration with Klaviyo and Mindbody, 4 years before it was publicly available. Additionally, I consulted and project managed the email strategy with a designer and built flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to drive sales and class sign-ups.
